We are a design-only firm. We produce your complete construction drawing set and deliver it ready for your builder, contractor, or permit office. We don't manage construction, hire subcontractors, or supervise job sites — that's your builder's domain.

Caleb Boitz

Caleb founded Empyreal Home Design in 2026 after years working across residential construction, structural engineering, landscaping, and surveying in Northern Michigan. He started the firm because he believed clients deserved detailed, builder-ready drawings without the overhead of a traditional architecture practice. Caleb leads all design work and every client consultation — if you hire Empyreal, you work directly with him.

Alejandra Dominguez

Alejandra joined Empyreal at launch, bringing years of hands-on experience in landscape design, planting, hardscape construction, and site work across the Midwest. She handles all landscape and site design engagements at Empyreal — from planting plans for a new home to full outdoor living designs for larger properties. Her background in installation means she designs things that can actually be built.

He manages all scheduling, project coordination, and client communication — making sure every project stays on track from first inquiry to final drawing delivery.
