Before we can design what comes next, we need to know exactly what's there. As-built drawings capture the existing structure — walls, openings, dimensions, ceiling heights, structural elements — in a format your contractor, engineer, and permit office can use.

We visit the property, take detailed measurements, and produce a complete CAD drawing set of the existing conditions. This becomes the foundation for all subsequent design work. As-built drawings are required before any addition or remodel that modifies the existing structure — and they're useful any time a homeowner, contractor, real estate professional, or engineer needs an accurate record of what was actually built. We provide as-built documentation for properties across Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim, and Benzie Counties, and surrounding areas of Northern Michigan.
