Who We Serve

Design for builders.

Construction documents produced by someone who understands how they get used in the field.

You handle the field work. We handle the drawing.

Land surveying and CAD drafting are two different skill sets, and not every survey firm wants to keep a full-time drafter on staff — especially when workload swings throughout the season. We provide professional CAD drafting services for licensed surveyors across Michigan, taking the field data you've already collected and turning it into a finished, properly formatted drawing ready for your review and seal. See our drafting for surveyors service page for the full breakdown and rate structure.

What we draft from your data

  • Boundary surveys — clean, dimensioned drawings of property lines and corners
  • Property division and parcel split drawings
  • Mortgage surveys — formatted for lender and title company requirements
  • ALTA/NSPS surveys — drafted to the table A items your transaction requires
  • Topographic surveys — contour lines and spot elevations from your collected data
  • Site plans — building placement, setbacks, and site features from your survey

Our CAD setup

We have our own complete CAD setup — plot style, title block, line weights, and layer standards — and draft to that by default. If your firm has its own title block or standards you'd prefer, send them over and we'll draft to your specifications. And if you want a custom title block designed for your firm, we can build that too.

Field codes and description keys

If your data comes from a total station or GPS collector with field codes or a description key set, we'll need to build that out the first time we work with your system. That's a one-time setup cost — once it's done, it carries forward on every future job using the same code system.

Overflow and ongoing relationships

Whether you need help on a single rush job or a consistent drafting partner for ongoing volume, we're interested in that conversation. You only pay for completed work — no overhead, no slow-season salary, no equipment sitting idle on your dime.
